Ohh forgot to say why my mood was bad earlier today. Credit it to failure to accomplish my ligation n transformation as expected.
Den the thing that got me quite unhappy was the fact that later swami came in when me n the guy were in the midst of discussion n he gave me that kind of 'are u sure u know wat u r doing' look again before dragging me off to his office to explain everything from A to Z again. Ehh not my fault can. Cos when he interrupted us, the guy was just talking about digesting the pgem vector (he din know it was an open vector) so swami just cut him short by giving us a shocked look, saying that there was no need to digest the pgem. Err i dun think it was me who said it lor..
So ok i just let him explain again..den i asked him about doing sequential digestion cos according to the NEB webby double digestion was not suitable for Hind III n Bam H1. N he kinda like raised his tone slightly, 'thats y i said you all shld use react 3 buffer from invitrogen!' I swear its the first time i heard that can..
Aish...
I dun even have a lab tech that is experienced enuf in my lab lo..so tell me who i shld turn to when i meet difficulties..难不成 ask me go temple burn incense n pray for answers ar..diao.
Ok being momentarily pissed does not dictate that i shld let it spoil my mood for the rest of the day..
